Younes El Idrissi Yazami
Younes El Idrissi Yazami is a PhD student at Northeastern University’s Khoury College of Computer Sciences, advised by Professor Gene Cooperman. Before coming to Northeastern, he received his Bachelor of Engineering at the Mohammadia School of Engineering in Morocco, and a Master’s degree from École des Mines in France. Younes’ research lies in the growing area of resilience in high-performance computing, and his research focuses on building resilience in distributed environments using a user-level checkpoint-restore technique.
